Spring Session ~ 2010 … Please check at the bottom of this page for Registration Form. The Green and Gold Soccer Academy – Spring Session and #1 Saturday mornings are devoted to the U-12 and U-10 players (born in 1998, 1999, 2000 or 2001) and team, group or individual registrations are welcome. The boys will practice in the early session (9-10:30AM) and the girls the late session (10:30-12 Noon). Tuesday and Thursday evenings are devoted to the academy Feature Teams in the U-14, U-16 and U-18 age groups The practices will take place from 6-7:30PM during April/May and June. All training sessions will take place at Foote field (turf), Lister (turf) and Campus Saint Jean grass fields. The total cost of each program is $250 per player. Following registration of one family member, any additional family registrations would be eligible for a 20% discount - additional family members pay $200. A team registration rate is available and features a 20% discount or $3600 for 16-18 players. A group discount is also available. The discount is applied when 6 or more players seek to register from one team – each player pays $225. This discount ONLY applies if all applications are submitted at the same time. Please note that no additional players can be added to the original submission. The deadline for registration is Monday, April 5, 2010. All Registered players are requested to come to the first scheduled session. Please check the website www.greenandgoldsoccer.com for schedules, player groupings and first session date/time/venue. Withdrawal Policy: you may withdraw from a course prior to the start of the third class. No refund or credit will be issued after that time. Request for Refund: a $15 administration fee will be assessed for all refunds. The refund will be for the remaining classes only. Request for Credit: a credit can be requested up to the end of the second class of a program. The credit will be issued for the cost of the remaining classes. Medical Withdrawal: assessed on a case by case basis. Transfers: a $5.00 transfer fee will apply when transferring from one program to another. When transferring to a program of greater value, you will be assessed the transfer fee plus the difference between the programs. This transfer fee does not apply if a course is cancelled.
